On January 13, 2025, the Dixon Police Department received a report of a missing person, 64-year-old Thomas Raftery. He was last seen in Fairfield, near the Solano County Jail.

Thomas is a white male with short brown hair, brown eyes, and glasses. He is 5'11" tall, weighs approximately 133 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue coat and jeans.

Currently, there is no indication that Thomas's disappearance poses a threat to the community. However, the Dixon Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating him to ensure his safety and well-being.
