Today, just before noon, Dixon Police responded to a call for an unresponsive male in the 1300 block of Hazelwood Court in Dixon. 

Upon arrival, officers discovered a male in his early 40s who was deceased in the residence.

Police are actively investigating to determine the cause of death as well as the circumstances surrounding the incident.There is no threat to public safety from this incident.
