A resident of Dixon since 1978, possesses 35 years as a first responder and more than 20 years in the United States Navy and Air Force. Frank began serving the City of San Ramon as the Deputy Fire Chief in 2017 where he will soon retire in June, 2023. In the same month, Frank will retire out of the United States Air Force as Chief Master Sergeant.
