Meetings

Agendas for regularly scheduled City Council and Commission meetings are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Agendas for Special meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance.

City Council and Commission meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at 600 East A Street. Regular meeting dates and times are as follows:

City Council

• 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Planning Commission

• 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Parks & Recreation Commission

• 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Transportation Advisory Commission

• 3rd Wednesday of every even month at 7:00 p.m.

Archived meeting files are arranged by date.  Minutes are generally not posted until after approval at the next meeting. DVD recordings of City Council meetings (and meetings of some City Commissions) for 1998 through 2009 are not viewable online but are available for review at City Hall. Meetings were not recorded prior to 1998.
