Current Zoning Ordinance & Zoning Map

The Zoning Ordinance is contained in Title 18 of the Dixon Municipal Code(DMC) and is accompanied by the Zoning Map. A Comprehensive update to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map was adopted on May 7, 2024 and became effective on June 6, 2024. The final adopted version of the new Ordinance and Map are below:

Zoning Map (11"x17" size), adopted 5/7/24 and effective 6/6/24 

Zoning Map (24"x36" size), adopted 5/7/24 and effective 6/6/24 

The online Municipal Code for Title 18 Zoning, will take some time for the updates to be incorporated by the publisher. There will be a note included in the on line Municipal Code in Title 18 that notes an update is pending.
