The Campus/Dixon 257 (257-acre site west of Pedrick Rd, south of Interstate 80) - Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH #: 2023080739) 2023

Proposed Specific Plan amendment to NEQSP, PD Rezoning, Large Lot and Small Lot Tentative Maps, Development Agreement and Design Review for the development of a 257-acre vacant site, west of Pedrick Rd, south of I-80, with upto 1,041 residential units, upto 660,000 sq ft of Dixon Opportunity Center, R&D/technology center, a 2 acre commercial site, 25 acre retention basin, and associated roadways and site improvements.

 On March 18, 2025, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider final action on the EIR and project entitlements. The Council voted to Certify the EIR and adopt Resolutions and Ordinances approving the project and various entitlements. The four Resolutions were adopted on March 18th and are approved , and the two Ordinances were introduced for first reading on March 18th, and will be brought to Council for second reading and approval on April 1st. IF approved, the two Ordinances would become effective 20 days after, or May 1, 2025.
